# Graduate Printer
- **Note:** Printing is only available when connected to [**CSWIFI** ](https://help.cs.uwindsor.ca/books/cs-help/page/cswifi "cswifi")or when using the computers located in the **Graduate Labs (Erie)**.
- First, delete the old “GradPrinter” from your computer (if exists)

- Install PaperCut Print Deploy Client:

- Mac: [https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192/print-deploy/client/macos](https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192/print-deploy/client/macos)
- Login with your UWINID and password (use your username only)

- If you cannot log in, sync your password using the CS password manager utility at [https://auth.cs.uwindsor.ca](https://auth.cs.uwindsor.ca)

Please note that this printer is provided as a **free service for all graduate students**. We kindly ask that you use it responsibly — **personal printing is not permitted**.
Misuse of this service may result in your **account being disabled**.
- To view your balance or print from the web (without installing the printer's driver), please log in to [https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192](https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192)
##### **Troubleshooting:**
- If you get a "Failed" message on your computer after you install the PaperCut Deploy client, then add your username and password to the "network password":
- Open "Manage Network Password"
- Click on "Add a Windows credentials"
- Add the following:
**IMPORTANT:** add **CS\\** in front of your username as shown in the image below.

- Save it, then open your PaperCut Print Deploy Client and click on "Refresh"
