STEP 1 

 go to  https://myweb.cs.uwindsor.ca/ 

 and select the blue box option 

 

 STEP 2 

 Login with your UwinID and password 

 

 

 STEP 3 

 After logging in, under Extra Features, there will be an option of  phpMyAdmin.
