Graduate Printer

• Note: Printing is only available when connected to CSWIFI or when using the computers located in the Graduate Labs (Erie).
  
  
• First, delete the old “GradPrinter” from your computer (if exists)
  

  

  
  
• Install PaperCut Print Deploy Client:
  • Windows: https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192/print-deploy/client/windows
  • Mac: https://print.cs.uwindsor.ca:9192/print-deploy/client/macos
• Login with your UWINID and password (use your username only)
  

  

• If you cannot log in, sync your password using the CS password manager utility at https://auth.cs.uwindsor.ca
• If you have difficulty, please contact us by email at accounts@cs.uwindsor.ca.
  
  

• IMPORTANT:
  Please note that this printer is provided as a free service for all graduate students. We kindly ask that you use it responsibly — personal printing is not permitted.
  Misuse of this service may result in your account being disabled.
  

Troubleshooting:

• If you get a "Failed" message on your computer after you install the PaperCut Deploy client, then add your username and password to the "network password":
  • Open "Manage Network Password"
  • Click on "Add a Windows credentials"
  • Add the following:
    

    IMPORTANT: add CS\ in front of your username as shown in the image below.
    

  • Save it, then open your PaperCut Print Deploy Client and click on "Refresh"
