Troubleshooting:
  • If you get a "Failed" message on your computer after you install the PaperCut Deploy client, then add your username and password to the "network password":
    • Open "Manage Network Password"
    • Click on "Add a Windows credentials"
    • Add the following:

      IMPORTANT: add CS\ in front of your username as shown in the image below.

    • Save it, then open your PaperCut Print Deploy Client and click on "Refresh"
